✿ Terms of Service ✿General Terms
- By commissioning me, you will automatically agree to all of my terms listed below
- I have the right to decline a commission
- If any health or technical issues occur, you will be notified
- Any descriptions of character or specific character poses with references are very welcomed
- The process of the commission will be in 3 stages: Sketching stage, Colouring stage & Rendering stage.
- I do NOT do lineart, everything will be cleaned up as much as possible in either the sketching or rendering stage.I DO NOT draw
- Mecha
- NSFW
- Gore
- Furries
- Complicated backgroundsRevisions
- Unlimited revisions during sketching stage
- 3 revisions during colouring stage
- Small changes/missing pieces only after rendering stageCommunication
- Communications will be made via your preferred social (please specify in form or inform me on VGen)
- If I send you questions about your commission and I do not receive any response from you after 5 days, I will leave it up to my own judgment.
- You will receive a WIP before the commission progresses to the next stage. Please explicitly approve if you are satisfied with the work.
- If I do not receive a response from you after 5 days, I will assume you approve and move on to the next stage.Payment and Refunds
- Payment is done in US dollars, through PayPal
- Payments must be made upfront in full before any work has been made
- If the commission is cancelled during the sketch stage, you will be refunded 50% of the total price.
- If the commission is cancelled after the final stage, you will not be refunded
- If I am unable to finish the commission due to technical/health issues, a full refund will be offered
- By refunding, you automatically forfeit all rights to use the artwork and any WIPs
- Any chargeback without prior agreement is not allowedDeadlines and Delivery
- Please understand that I may be working on a commission before yours
- Unless it is a rush order, your commission will take anywhere between 1 week - 1 month
- Please specify on the form or reach out to me if you wish the art to be completed within a certain period. A rush fee of 20% of the base price will be charged.
- Feel free to ask for WIPs, just don't do it daily
- Delivery will be made via gdriveClient’s Rights and Use
- You may use the art for any personal use as long as i’m credited
- You may use the art for any streaming purposes as long as i’m credited
- Commercial use costs an additional +100% of the total price
- My art CANNOT be used in AI training, NFTs or anything crypto related
